Work
AI-native systems for executive support. Some I build for the leaders I support. Some I package up so other EAs and operations administrators can put them to use too.
For EAs & Operations Administrators
Downloadable starting points, drawn from real work, so fellow EAs and operations administrators can put them to use without building from scratch.
AI Tooling
AI Board of Directors for EAs
A personal decision tool built in React that convenes four distinct advisor personas, a strategist, an operator, an advisor, and an architect, to pressure-test a decision from every angle before it gets made. One prompt, four points of view.

Executive Brain Dump to Project Management Tracker and Website
A Claude Code project that turns a raw brain dump into a polished project tracker and a matching website. I built it as a chain of prompts, each handling one step and passing clean output to the next, so scattered thinking becomes a clear plan and a shareable site without the manual setup.
For the examples, I used the 2026 Pantone Color of the Year, Cloud Dancer.

Upskilling Prompts, From Chat to Coding
I am leveling up how I use AI myself, and turning what works into workflows others can use. I am building workflows for EAs and operations administrators that move beyond one-off chat prompts to structured, chained prompts run in Claude Code, so recurring work becomes repeatable and reliable rather than reinvented each time. The approach: give real context, assign a role, show examples, and chain the steps so each one hands clean input to the next.
This is grounded in Wharton professor Ethan Mollick's writing on practical prompting: there are no magic prompts, giving the model real context and your own expertise matters more than clever phrasing, and a well-built prompt can work like a program in prose you can reuse and share. Structured prompting, with roles, examples, and iteration, is the backbone of these chained workflows.

AI Tooling
Executive Communication Triage System
A triage system built in Claude Code with Gmail integration that sorts and prioritizes a high-volume executive inbox, surfaces what needs a response, and drafts first passes, so the leader sees what matters and nothing high-priority slips.
Workflow Design
AI Workflows for Executive Support
A growing library of AI-assisted workflows for calendar audits, briefing documents, meeting prep, and event planning, turning recurring manual work into fast, consistent output that holds up under scrutiny.
